Case History: Grove Farmhouse is a Grade II listed property within the historic Paddockhurst Estate, close to Turners Hill. The estate has major commercial undertakings, operating in forestry, timber products and agriculture. Old quarries in the area owned by the estate provided stone for many of the 17th and 18th century properties in the local villages.
