We provide a complete aftercare service for the maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of biomass boilers.
Your commissioning engineer will take you through the system handover at the end of the project, providing as much technical input as you need. On-site training is also available so you can fully understand how your boiler operates and are able to carry out routine tasks.
Biomass heating is by its very nature a more hands-on technology than oil or gas and as such, our team is available to support you throughout the lifetime of the product.

Routine servicing ensures that your boiler will continue to run smoothly and with maximum efficiency. For you, this means that there is less wear and tear and lower emissions.
We provide peace of mind in the rare event you should experience any problems, as there is always a rapid technical response team at the end of the telephone to provide assistance. We can even monitor your system remotely via the internet for instant system analysis.
If you use an oil boiler as a backup, our servicing team are fully qualified Oftec Technicians and can carry out routine oil boiler servicing if required.
