Design and feasibility studies
At the start of a project, our engineers survey the site and assess the financial and logistical feasibility of installing biomass heating. At this stage, we will determine the size of boiler required and the fuel type best suited to the installation.
In addition to this, we also assess the potential boiler room location, annual fuel costs, CO2 reductions and payback scenarios, taking into account savings on fuel and income from the RHI scheme.
We also offer a full building service, which includes everything from obtaining the necessary planning consents, to the construction of complete boiler houses and underground fuel stores, and structural alterations to existing buildings as required.
Our teams have extensive experience in projects ranging from large scale domestic and commercial installations, to multi-dwelling and district heating schemes, and our installations include custom built oak-clad boiler houses, underground silo’s and containerised pod plant rooms.
