Commission: Rectory Park conducted an extensive energy review and explored every heating option available to maximise efficiency whilst reducing cost and Co2 emissions. A lengthy refurbishment programme followed in 2014 and Douch Biomass were appointed to install the biomass system. An existing agricultural building was converted into a fuel silo and plant room to house a 201kW boiler capable of heating the 10,000+ sq feet of living space, a swimming pool and additional cottage on the estate.
