Fuel Type: G.30 Woodchip provided by the Estate, made from mixed hardwood and softwood thinnings seasoned for 12 months in ride side log stacks
Fuel Storage: Automatic walking floor, allowing fuel to be delivered once a year TBC
CO2 emission reduction: 1600 Tonnes over 20 years
Case History: Newhouse Farm is a Grade II listed property situated within the Paddockhurst Estate, close to Turners Hill. In the past Newhouse was a model dairy farm for the estate. The estate has major commercial undertakings, operating in forestry, timber products and agriculture. Old quarries in the area owned by the estate provided stone for many of the 17th and 18th century properties in the local villages.
